Ignite Circuit Celebration Weekend
The Ignite Circuit Celebration Weekend is taking place at the Biarritz hotel from the 23rd to 25th of October 2026 and welcomes everyone across the circuit.
Location and Transport:
The Biarritz hotel is located in St Brelades Bay (Biarritz Hôtel - Google Maps).
If you are driving to the weekend, parking at the Biarritz is limited but public parking is availble at the Midbay car park (Midbay Car Park - Google Maps), Tam's car park (Tam's Car Park - Google Maps) and Woodford car park (Woodford Carpark - Google Maps), all are just down the road from the hotel in St Brelade's bay.
If you are travelling by bus, there are two routes that can be taken form Liberation Station in St Helier: 12 and 12a. For details on the bus services available and times, please check out the Liberty Bus website: Liberty Bus
Sunday the 25th of October will eb a circuit service for everyone at the Biarritz Hotel. For those unable to make the walk up to the hotel (and back) from the car parks, a shuttle bus service will be provided from the Woodford car park between 9.30am to 10.30am and again from 11.30am to 12.30pm.
Attendance:
There are two options to attend:
- Residential Guest: This allows the attendee to fully immerse themselves in the weekend and all it has to offer. The Biarritz hotel have kindly provided the circuit with a reduced rate for anyone wishing to stay for the two nights (Friday and Saturday). Discounted rates on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis as follows:
- Double/twin rooms for double occupancy - £212.00/room/night
- Single rooms for single occupancy - £110.00 /room/night
- Double/twin rooms for single occupancy - £140.00/room/night.

Sunday lunch can also be booked for an additional cost, and the usual room type supplements applying throughout your stay.
If you are interested in this option please contact the Biarritz directly to book and pay on 01534 742239. If you would like to stay at the Biarritz hotel during the weekend but are worried about costs, the Circuit have agreed to offer a £20 per person subsidy and there is a small budget should anyone require further help.
- Day Guest: Day guests are welcome to attend and join as many, or as few, of the activites across the weekend as they wish. All activities and sessions are free of charge and day guests are also welcome to join for breakfast on both the Saturday and Sunday, and lunch on the Saturday at no charge. The option to attend a Saturday night buffet (£35.00 per person) and Sunday lunch (prices start at £30 per person) are also available and can be booked and paid for directly with the Biarritz Hotel.
Activities:
The weekend has been scheduled to make the most of the time the circuit has to come together for wonderul fellowship, prayer and worship. The theme is 'Running the Race' and events include:
- 5 Ignite Sessions spread across the weekend with guest speaker Reverend Anthony Clowes
- Prayer & Bible study sessions with Reverend Peter
- Kairos Craft with Kairos Arts CEO, Kathy
- Beach Labyrinth
- Circuit Service - Ignite Celebration Commissioning

Guest Speaker:
The theme for the weekend is 'Running the Race' with guest speaker, pioneer minister Rev Anthony Clowes. Anthony has worked alongside many Methodist and Anglican chuches in the Northwest of England who have renewwed their passio for mission and outreach, with inspiring results.
Underlying the circuit vision is a desire to strengthen our sense of belonging and work across the island and to offer a space for everyone to share their stories, to worship together and to hear Anthony inspire us with amazing testimonies of how people across the connection are rediscovering their passion for ministry with remarkable results.
